Meetings

Our meetings are held in the Osborne Park Agricultural Society Hall (209 Main St) which is located about 100 metres south of the corner of Hutton and Main Streets Osborne Park (next to Cafe Bellini). The hall has no onsite parking however there is ample 50 metres further south on Main St. (Click here to see a map showing the location) (Click here to see photographs of the hall)

The meeting time is 7:30 pm on the second Tuesday of each month.

At these meetings we handout magazines, have reports on previous trips, make announcements about forthcoming trips and have a guest speaker. Free tea, coffee or milo and biscuits follow the speaker.

The speakers range from educational to entertaining from both inside and outside the club.

In the past we have had talks on South America, the Royal Flying Doctor Service, How maps are made, Dolphins and Whales, The latest in outdoor gear, Aids to Survival, Backpacking and Cycle Touring, The Overland Track - Tasmania, The Nepal Nature Project, Walking the Bibbulman Track, Canada and North America, Wildflowers in The Gascoyne and Dawn to Dusk in the Stirlings.

13th May 08 Nicole Davis From the Wine Education Centre will tell us about cycling tours of France's wine regions.
